Hello, Zarlequan community! Today, we’re going to take you on a journey, a journey that led to the birth of this wonderful literary haven for indie authors. It all started with a dream and a little cottage in the mountains.
My name is Brittani Starr, and I want to share with you the inspirational story of Zarlequan. This journey began when I bought my beautiful property in the heart of nature, a place where I found solace and inspiration every single day. I couldn’t help but want to share the sheer beauty of this place with others.
In those early days, I opened up my cottage for in-person events, gatherings, and celebrations. I wanted to create a space where people could come together to appreciate the wonders of life and art. But life has its own plans, and shortly after, I became a parent, which brought about unexpected mobility issues.
Yet, as every great entrepreneur knows, setbacks can be catalysts for innovation. I decided to transform Zarlequan into something that would not only suit my new circumstances but also serve a purpose I was incredibly passionate about.
I’ve always had a deep love for writing and reading. In fact, I’ve even published a couple of books of my own. This love for literature and storytelling ignited a fire within me. I knew I wanted to create a platform where talented indie authors could shine and share their unique voices with the world.
And so, “Conversations with Indie Authors” was born, right here on The Zarlequan Podcast. It’s a space where we engage in enlightening discussions with remarkable indie authors, diving into who they are and their creative processes and celebrating their literary journeys.
But we didn’t stop at podcasts. We also offer a wide array of free services to support indie authors in their craft. Whether it’s editing, cover design, or marketing advice, we’re here to empower indie authors to thrive in the literary world.
This might be a new project, but the response has been nothing short of overwhelming. The community that has grown around Zarlequan has filled my heart with gratitude and excitement. I can’t wait to see how it continues to flourish and evolve.
