This Proof of Ownership Agreement ("Agreement") is effective immediately between:

Background:

Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the use of the Property or until terminated by either party with written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall cease using the Property immediately.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Owner and the Client concerning the Property and supersedes any prior agreements, written or oral.

Execution:

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.
