This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of today by and between Zarlequan and the Artist listed 

 1. Definition of Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” means all non-public, proprietary information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, including but not limited to business strategies, production plans, concepts, scripts, songs, and any other creative materials related to Zarlequan.

2. Obligations of Receiving Party

The Receiving Party agrees to:

   – Maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information.

   – Not disclose any Confidential Information to any third parties without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.

   – Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of collaboration or performance on [Your Show/Project Name].

3. Exclusions from Confidential Information

Confidential Information does not include information that:

   – Was publicly known or made available by the Disclosing Party.

   – Is disclosed to the Receiving Party by a third party who is not bound by confidentiality.

4. Term

This Agreement will remain in effect for a period of [2 years] from the date of signature.

5. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
